- English Potato1.5 kg
- Ground beef (I used chuck)1 kg
- Red bell pepper in small pieces1 cup
- Onion, diced1 cup
- Tomato in small cubes1 cup
- Parsley and chives1 cup
- Bacon in small cubes200 g
- Pitted Olives100 g
- Crushed garlic3 unit(s)
- Cottage cheese200 ml
- Mozzarella300 g
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Bay leaf1 unit(s)
- Olive oil3 teaspoon
- Sour cream200 ml
- Butter or margarine2 teaspoon
- Cheddar200 g
- Peel the potatoes and put them in the pressure cooker. Add water until the potatoes are covered. 15 minutes after getting pressure, turn off, let the pressure come out and see if it's puree.
- Ground beef While the potato is cooking under pressure, in a preheated pan add: the oil and brown the garlic. Add the ground beef, salt and pepper and stir. Then add the onion, pepper, bay leaf and tomato. Stir and let the meat cook until it almost runs out of broth. Finally, add the olives, parsley and chives.
- Mashed potatoes Carefully remove the potatoes from the pan and take them to a bowl and mash them. Add the cream, butter and adjust the salt. Mix until you get a very homogeneous puree. Be careful, the puree must not be soft.
- On a platter, make a layer with mashed and fill with all the meat. Add the cheddar slices. Cover with the rest of the puree. Spread the cottage cheese over the puree. Cover with the mozzarella and bake in the oven until golden. Remove from oven and serve.
