- Ground beef (I used the same beef as the pot roast)500 g
- Minced Garlic Clove5 unit(s)
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Black pepper1 coffee spoon
- Cumin1 coffee spoon
- Smoked paprika1 coffee spoon
- Olive oil to taste
- Pinch of Sugar (to brown the meat) to taste
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Chopped tomato1 unit(s)
- Tomato sauce (I used traditional pomarola)1/2 unit(s)
- Ketchup2 tablespoon
- Mustard2 tablespoon
- Mushroom (bag)1 unit(s)
- Sour cream (I used Nestlé)1 unit(s)
- Chives to taste
- Clean the meat, removing excess fat. Cut into squares 3 inches long and 3 inches wide. It can't be too small or it won't fall apart in the pressure cooker.
- Add the garlic, pepper, salt, paprika, cumin in a pot and mix the minced meat so that all the pieces get seasoning. Let it flavor for about 10 minutes at room temperature.
- Take a pressure cooker, put the oil and a pinch of sugar. When the sugar starts to darken, turns brown, throw in the meat. Do not stir for about 3 minutes. Then stir to seal it from all sides.
- When the meat starts to release water, throw the onion, tomato, tomato sauce and cover with water. When you get pressure, count 15 minutes. Remove and see if the meat is tender, if not, return the pressure for another 5 minutes.
- When the meat is ready, take a frying pan, put a drizzle of oil and throw the meat with the sauce. Add ketchup, mustard and mushroom. taste. Adjust salt and pepper. Let it boil for about 3 minutes.
- Reduce the heat and stirring constantly, gradually pouring the cream. Mix well to be well incorporated. Finish with the chives. Serve next.
