- Recipe
- meat (filet mignon, inside tea or rump)400 g
- Pepper. to taste
- Cumin. to taste
- Salt. to taste
- grated onion1/2 to taste
- and a half of sour cream1 can(s)
- from ketchup3 tablespoon
- tomato paste3 tablespoon
- mustard1 tablespoon
- Oil for frying.. to taste
- 📍 MEAT: Cut the selected meat into strips, season with pepper, cumin and salt (I put 1 or 2 pinches of each at most).
- Let the meat rest for 20 minutes to refine the taste.
- Add enough oil to fry and heat the oil well.
- Start frying with the meat
- Don't let it fry too much so that the meat doesn't get hard, it gets golden.
- 📍 SAUCE: Put the onion and saute
- Fry for 3 minutes and throw the cream, ketchup, tomato paste and mustard into the pan.
- Let it boil a little, always mixing.
- Serve with white rice and potatoes chips.
