- Peeled and seeded chopped tomatoes3 unit(s)
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Ketchup2 tablespoon
- Cube of beef stock dissolved in 100 ml1 unit(s)
- In a pan, add the oil, meat, onion, tomatoes, beef broth and cook for 20 minutes. Add the ketchup and mushrooms and cook until you get a consistent and creamy sauce. Turn off the heat and add the whey-free cream. Stir until the sauce is incorporated into the cream. Place in a refractory form and decorate with seasoning and potato straw.
