  • Butter4 tablespoon
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Tomato3 unit(s)
  • Mustard1 tablespoon
  • Tomato Sauce or Ketchup2 tablespoon
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Champignons (optional)200 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  1. Chop the meat into thin strips. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter and fry the meat. Reserve.
  2. In the same pan, put the remaining butter, sauté the onion, tomato, seasonings. Then add the meat and mushrooms.
  3. Add the tomato sauce, the mustard put the cream, let it boil for about 5 minutes. Adjust the salt and serve.
