- Tomato Sauce or Ketchup2 tablespoon

- Champignons (optional)200 g
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Chop the meat into thin strips. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter and fry the meat. Reserve.
- In the same pan, put the remaining butter, sauté the onion, tomato, seasonings. Then add the meat and mushrooms.
- Add the tomato sauce, the mustard put the cream, let it boil for about 5 minutes. Adjust the salt and serve.
