- Seasonings (eg pepper, paprika, cumin) to taste

- Mustard1 tablespoon
- Ketchup to taste
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- In a pan, put a thread of olive oil and let it heat up a little, then put the meat cut into cubes (do not stir until it starts to brown).
- When it starts to brown, add the garlic, onion, tomato and seasonings, sauté well, then add water and let it cook.
- When the meat is cooked, add the ketchup, mustard and cream. Adjust the salt and serve! To accompany nothing better than a rice and a salad and potato straw. Enjoy your food!
