Cottage cheese1 can(s)
Garlic3 unit(s)
Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
Ketchup3 tablespoon
Mustard1 tablespoon
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Oil2 tablespoon

Season the meat with garlic, salt and pepper. In a pan heat the oil and put the meat and onion and sauté well.
