- Meat in thin strips filet mignon or sirloin500 g
- Black pepper to taste
- butter3 tablespoon
- Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Beef Broth41 unit(s)
- Boiling water4 tablespoon
- Sliced canned mushrooms200 g
- Tomato Extract3 tablespoon
- Mustard1 tablespoon
- Ketchup3 tablespoon
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- In a large skillet, melt three tablespoons of the butter and brown the chicken, little by little, over high heat.
- Remove the meat and add the remaining butter.
- Fry the onion, add the chicken, season with salt and pepper. Pour in the cognac, wait for it to heat up and tilt the skillet slightly to flambé the cognac. Wait for the flame to end.
- Add the mushrooms, cover the skillet and leave for a few minutes.
- Add tomato puree, mustard and ketchup, mix well. Lower the heat, leave for about 5 minutes, with the skillet covered.
- Gently incorporate the cream and remove from the heat before boiling. Serve with white rice.
