- Sugar for browning to taste
- Put a drizzle of oil in a pan with a little sugar and let it brown.
- After the sugar browns, add the meat cut into cubes and let it fry well.
- Add the seasonings and mix very well.
- After, place the chopped mushrooms in jars to taste and let it cook.
- All ready and well cooked? Turn off the heat and add the cream. Tip: with the fire off, the cream does not curdle.
- Serve with white rice and potatoes chips.
