- Put all the ingredients in the pan, except the cream.
- Cook over low heat for 15 minutes, with the lid closed.
- After 15 minutes check, if the meat is on point, add the cream and mix to incorporate.
- If the meat is tough, leave it a little longer before adding the cream.
