- Filet mignon in strips400 g

- Smoked paprika, black pepper and salt to taste

- In a frying pan, melt 1 shallow tablespoon of butter and sear 400g of filet mignon
- After seasoning with paprika, black pepper and salt to taste, I added 2 cloves of minced garlic and 1/2 chopped onion and sautéed well, then I added 50 ml of brandy and flambéed (if you don't feel safe, skip this step ok)
- After I added 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon of mustard and 1 tablespoon of ketchup, I mixed everything very well and finished with 100g of mushrooms and 1 box of cream (you can use fresh cream if you prefer), Served with rice and sweet potato straw.
