- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Can of tomato sauce1 can(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Ketchup1 tablespoon
- Mustard1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Green Smell to taste
- Onion cream1 unit(s)
- White wine1 to taste
- Cut the meat into cubes, season with salt and set aside.
- Sauté the chopped onion in oil and add the meat until cooked, add the tomato sauce, ketchup and mustard, lower the heat and let it cook for about 5 minutes.
- Dissolve the onion cream in the dry white wine (as needed) and add to the meat sauce, stirring constantly.
- When the sauce has thickened, turn off the heat, add the mushrooms and the cream.
- Serve with white rice and potatoes chips.
