- Beef cut into strips500 g
- Fresh halved mushrooms8 unit(s)
- Sour cream200 g
- Tomato sauce1/2 cup
- Chopped Onion1/4 cup
- Chopped Garlic1 dessert spoon
- Dijon mustard1 dessert spoon
- Sea Salt to taste
- Hot water1/3 cup
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Butter1 dessert spoon
- Heat the oil in a very hot pan, grill the meat little by little and season with salt and pepper. Reserve.
- In the same pan add the butter and brown the onion and garlic.
- Add the tomato sauce, water and mustard and mix. Cook for about 7 minutes.
- Return the meat to the pan and add the mushrooms. Cook for another 3 minutes.
- Adjust the salt and add the cream of milk and mix. When it starts to boil, turn it off and serve immediately.
