- Meat (flank steak)500 g
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Red pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Black pepper1 to taste
- salt1 to taste
- Ketchup2 tablespoon
- Mustard1 tablespoon
- Bahia seasoning1 to taste
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Milk200 ml
- Wheat flour2 tablespoon
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Nutmeg1 to taste
- Mozzarella200 g
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Cut the meat into strips or cubes and set aside.
- Chop the onion, pepper and garlic finely chopped
- In a pan put the oil, sauté the seasonings, put the meat
- Add the black pepper, salt to taste, the Bahian seasoning and stir well to sauté.
- Put the ketchup, mustard and stir well let it cook for approximately 10 minutes (reserve)
- For the white sauce, put the butter when it melts put the wheat flour and stir well
- Add the milk and mix well (in the beginning it will clump up but you add it and the milk is stirring until it thickens)
- Adjust the salt, add the grated nutmeg and cook for 3 minutes. turn off the fire and put a box of milk cream
- Mounting In a refractory place the meat, on top put the white sauce and the mozzarella.
- Bake for approximately 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°.
- Tip: the seasoning is always to taste, you can put parsley, chopped coriander, you can put tomato extract among others.
