- Beef1 kg
- Chives1 to taste
- Tomato2 unit(s)
- Beef broth1 unit(s)
- Tomato Extract1 unit(s)
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
- Cut the meat, the cassava into pieces; season with salt and pepper and set aside
- In a pressure cooker add oil, garlic and onion and stir until golden. Then add the tomatoes, extract, meat, broth and water.
- Let it cook for 20 to 25 minutes. Then add the cassava, chives and cook for a few minutes until the cassava is soft.
