- Take a shredding bag and add coarse salt to taste, black pepper and lemon juice. Tie the bag and move the bag in a way that the seasoning catches on the belly, take it to the fridge and let it rest for about 20 minutes.
- Take the belly out of the bag and put it in the airfray to bake at 200 degrees for 25 minutes, open the pan, turn the belly over and put it on for another 25 minutes, this time will depend on your airfray for more or less.
- Serve as a snack with a beer, soda or whatever you prefer. Enjoy your food!
