- Cut the beef chuck into cubes and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- In the pressure cooker, put a thread of oil or olive oil and sauté well until the meat is golden.
- Put the tomato, onion, peppers, water until close to covering and other seasonings and leave it under pressure for 40 minutes on medium heat.
- When you remove the pressure from the pan, put the carrots and potatoes for 10 minutes and finish the recipe with green smell to taste.
