- Black beer350 ml
- Salt to taste, seasonings to taste (I used black pepper, chimichurry, coriander or parsley6 g
- Boiling water250 ml
- Crushed or chopped garlic3 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Onion cut into petals1 unit(s)
- Brown the garlic and chopped onion, add the meat and all the dry seasonings, sauté well and add the already boiling water, cook for 15 minutes.
- Open the pressure cooker, check the tenderness of the meat, add the black beer and put it under pressure for another 10 min.
- Open the pan and add the already chopped vegetables and let it cook without pressure until they are soft, finally add the onion in petals and the cilantro or parsley, and just delight
