- Pork loin400 g
- Diced onion1 unit(s)
- Minced garlic3 unit(s)
- Red Pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- Oil1 tablespoon
- Salt, pepper and chives to taste
- Heat the oil, add the sugar and let it caramelize.
- Add the cubes of loin spreading and let it brown.
- When they are golden, add the onion, garlic and bell pepper.
- Sauté until everything is soft and slightly caramelized.
- Add water little by little if it starts to stick.
- When everything is cooked, add the soy sauce, a little more water and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve with white rice and finish with chopped fresh chives.
