- Beef Seasoning2 unit(s)
- Beef kinor broth1 to taste
- Preparation mode In a pressure cooker add a drizzle of olive oil add the chopped onion Garlic and coriander add the meat and sauté well, add the other seasonings and stir well cover the meat with water and let it cook for 25 minutes under pressure
- After cooking for 25 minutes under pressure, wait for the pressure to come out of the pot, open the pot and add the potato, let it cook for another 5 minutes under pressure, turn off the heat and serve
