- Chopped tomato1 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
- Bay leaf1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Green Smell to taste
- Hot water2 cup
- Heat the oil well in a pressure cooker and sear the meat cubes. It is important to add the meat slowly and that the meat is not cold! Only stir the meat when one side is well browned, let it form a crust at the bottom of the pan.
- Add the onion and garlic and let it cook until golden.
- Add the tomato, bay leaf and season with salt and pepper.
- Add the water and cover the pan. When you have pressure, leave it for 25 minutes.
- After 25 minutes, release the pressure and add the potatoes cut into 4 parts. Close the pan and cook for another 5 minutes under pressure.
- Sprinkle green smell when serving!
