- In a pressure cooker, brown the meat without seasoning until the broth dries, fry the onion and garlic, season with the chumichuri, the pepper with cumin and the salt, add the chopped tomatoes, cover with water and bring to the pressure for 40 minutes.
- Remove the pressure carefully and add the cut potatoes and bring the pressure back for 10 minutes (pay attention, cut the potatoes to the same size so that they cook together) or longer if necessary, open and correct the salt if necessary and add the parsley to finish
- Serve with white rice and manioc flour
