Em uma panela de pressão doure a carne sem tempero até secar o caldo frite a cebola e o alho,tempere com o chumichuri a pimenta com cominho e o sal acrescente os tomates picados cubra com água e leve para a pressão por 40 minutos

In a pressure cooker, brown the meat without seasoning until the broth dries, fry the onion and garlic, season with the chumichuri, the pepper with cumin and the salt, add the chopped tomatoes, cover with water and bring to the pressure for 40 minutes.

Tire a pressão com cuidado e acrescente as batatas cortadas e leve a pressão novamente por 10 minutos (atenção corte as batatas do mesmo tamanho para que cozinhem juntos) ou mais se necessário,abra e corrija o sal se precisar e acrescente a salsinha para finalizar 

Remove the pressure carefully and add the cut potatoes and bring the pressure back for 10 minutes (pay attention, cut the potatoes to the same size so that they cook together) or longer if necessary, open and correct the salt if necessary and add the parsley to finish
