- boneless drumstick package1 kg
- Milk500 ml
- Coconut milk1 can(s)
- Seasoning to taste
- Margarine2 tablespoon
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Wheat2 dessert spoon
- Mozzarella cheese to taste
- In a bag, place the thighs, seasonings and coconut milk and take it to the fridge for 2 hours or so to get seasoning.
- Then place the thighs on a baking sheet and bake well.
- In a pan, place the margarine, the chopped onion, and let it brown, then add the wheat and stir well. Then add the milk.
- Keep stirring until you get a thick cream consistency. Turn off the pan.
- In a refractory place a layer of the sauce and another of the sobrethighs, cover with the rest of the sauce and finish with the cheese. Bake in a hot oven.
