- Steak (a cheap piece of coxon)1 kg
- Carrots2 unit(s)
- Onions2 unit(s)
- Garlic Cloves2 unit(s)
- Mushrooms400 g
- Bacon200 g
- Dry red wine2 cup
- Wheat flour2 tablespoon
- Bay leaves, salt, black pepper to taste
- Beef or vegetable broth (if you don't have it, use water) to taste
- Cook the bacon, cloves and chopped onion in a pan
- Cut the steak into 2cm wide pieces, place in the pan. Let the meat color.
- Add the wheat flour, mix
- Add the carrots, mushrooms, and red wine. Add the bay leaf and broth until the meat is covered.
- Let it cook for 3 hours. It's actually good in 30 minutes, but the longer it cooks, the better.
- Taste ! I served it with a mashed potato recipe, but let your imagination run wild! Enjoy your food !
