- Chopped rump400 g
- Complete Seasoning to taste
- Chopped Garlic to taste
- Corn on the cob3 unit(s)
- Chimichurri to taste
- Paprika to taste
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Chopped Coriander to taste
- Chopped Onion to taste
- Butter1 dessert spoon
- Season the meat with full seasoning.
- In a large skillet put 2 tablespoons of olive oil and the meat.
- Sauté until the meat begins to fry and remove from the pan. Reserve.
- In the same pan that sautéed the meat, put the rest of the oil, butter and add the chopped garlic and onion, sauté quickly and then add the corn, Chimi churri, paprika.
- Water dripping until the corn is cooked and creamy.
- Add the meat and mix.
- Leave it braising for another 3 minutes.
- Turn off and finish with chopped cilantro.
