Em uma panela coloque o alho e o azeite e refogue ,em seguida coloque a carne moída e o sal ,mexa por alguns minutos ,depois coloque molho de tomate e o tempero verde. 

In a pan, put the garlic and oil and sauté, then put the ground beef and salt, stir for a few minutes, then put tomato sauce and green seasoning.

Deixa cozinhar em fogo baixo por 5 minutos e vai está pronto.
