- Rump meat100 g
- Chicken150 g
- Bacon50 g
- Chickpeas100 g
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Salt and seasoning to taste
- Cut all ingredients and book;
- In a skillet add the bacon, fry it, and remove it from the skillet;
- Sauté the onion, meat and chicken in the fat left over from the bacon. Add salt and spices to taste. When it is well fried, add the chickpeas and finally the bacon. Sauté well and serve with a salad that looks perfect 😍
- NOTE: I always soak raw chickpeas overnight and change the water about three times.
