- Chimichuri to taste

- Cut the meat into cubes to make it easier to shred. In a pan add the chopped onion, garlic and broth, let it brown and add the meat, sauté well and add the seasonings to your liking (I use Bahia seasoning, orange and red sazon, paprika, Ana Maria and chimichuri). Add water and cook for about 30 minutes or until the meat is tender enough to shred. Once cooked, transfer the meat to a container and wait to cool and reserve the broth left from the meat in the pan. As soon as it cools, shred the meat and add the cooking broth to the pan, then add the tomato and cilantro to the meat, let it cook out of the pressure until the tomato melts. The meat is ready, just put it on the bread and serve.
