  • Chicken fillet500 g
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Garlic2 to taste
  • Eggs2 to taste
  • Breadcrumbs2 cup
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  1. Clean the chicken fillet well and cut into thin strips. Place the chicken strips on a plate and pat dry with a paper towel. Season with salt, pepper and crushed garlic. Then pass the chicken fillet in the beaten eggs and finally in the breadcrumbs, pressing well so that it sticks to the chicken. Place the butter in a large skillet and let it get very hot. Place the chicken fillets and brown on both sides for approximately 5 minutes on each side.
