Limpe bem o filé de frango e corte em tiras não muito finas. Coloque as tiras de frango em um prato e seque com papel toalha. Tempere com sal pimenta e o alho amassado. 
 Em seguida passe o filé de frango nos ovos batidos e por último na farinha de rosca pressionando bem para que ele grude no frango.
Coloque a manteiga em uma frigideira grande, e deixe ficar bem quente. Coloque os filés de frango e doure dos dois lados aproximadamente 5 minutos de cada lado. 

Clean the chicken fillet well and cut into thin strips. Place the chicken strips on a plate and pat dry with a paper towel. Season with salt, pepper and crushed garlic.
 Then pass the chicken fillet in the beaten eggs and finally in the breadcrumbs, pressing well so that it sticks to the chicken.
Place the butter in a large skillet and let it get very hot. Place the chicken fillets and brown on both sides for approximately 5 minutes on each side.
