- Rice Flour1 cup
- Coarse cassava flour1 cup
- Spices to taste
- Season the chicken breast with salt and seasonings of your choice;
- In a bowl beat the eggs and book;
- Pass the chicken breast in the eggs, then in the rice flour, pass it again in the eggs and finish by passing it in the thick cassava flour;
- Take to the high fire, fried in lard, but use the oil of your choice.
