- Breadcrumbs2 tablespoon
- Black pepper, garlic with salt and vinegar/ to taste
- Take the chicken breast, clean it and cut it into fillets.
- Pierce the fillets with a knife to get the seasoning in.
- Season with pepper, garlic and vinegar to taste. Leave it in the seasoning for 2 minutes to get tastier.
- Pour the eggs into one dish and the breadcrumbs into another. Dip the fillets first in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs.
- After passing all, just fry.
