- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Season the chicken with salt and other seasonings to taste. Beat the 3 eggs in a bowl. Then take the wheat flour and separate it into another vessel. With the seasoned chicken pass the egg and then the wheat flour. Place in a pan with oil, olive oil or pork lard. Let it fry over low heat. When golden, it's ready. Bon appetit.
