- Season the steaks with garlic, black pepper and salt and set aside.
- In a pan add all the oil and let it heat up.
- Beat the egg in a bowl and set aside
- Grease the steaks in bread flour
- Dip in egg and pass again in breadcrumbs.
- Then put it in the hot oil to fry, let it fry until golden on both sides.
- If desired, add onion and pepper to taste on top.
