- Cooked Butter Beans1/2 cup
- Bacon diced into small cubes2 tablespoon
- Biju corn flour1/2 cup
- Lard1 dessert spoon
- Sea Salt to taste
- Chopped Onion1 tablespoon
- Chopped Garlic1 coffee spoon
- Heat the lard in a non-stick frying pan and fry the bacon.
- Add the onion and garlic and sauté well.
- Add the beans and mix, season with a pinch of salt and stir for 2 minutes.
- Add the biju corn flour and stir over low heat until well incorporated, adjust the salt.
- Serve with 1 fried egg.
