- Ground beef700 g
- Raw rice3 cup
- Chopped onion1 unit(s)
- Tomato sauce500 ml
- Boiling water1 l
- Salt to taste
- Syrian pepper to taste
- Separate the cabbage and vine leaves by removing the stalks. Cook in water until they soften.
- Season the ground meat with salt and pepper. Mix the chopped onion and raw rice.
- Arrange the meat mixture on the cooked cabbage and grape leaves, closing them like pancakes.
- Prepare a quick tomato sauce (recipe already published).
- Place the cigars side by side in the sauce pan, cover and cook over low heat for 30 minutes.
