- In a bowl, place the garlic, lemon, powdered seasoning and mixed seasoning, add the carres, mix well and leave to marinate for 20 minutes.
- In a frying pan, heat the oil and start frying the carres. fry them well
- In another pan, add a little oil, bring to a boil, add the onion, tomato and pepper, and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the broth and chicken and tomato paste. Saute for 3 more minutes. Add the fried carres, and let it boil for 5 minutes. Serve immediately
