- Parboiled Rice2 cup
- Chopped barbecue leftovers (meat, sausage, heart, chickenâŠ)3 cup
- Tomato sauce2 cup
- Chopped Onion1/2 cup
- Chopped Garlic1 dessert spoon
- Bay leaf1 unit(s)
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Chopped Green Spice1/3 cup
- Sea Salt to taste
- Finely chopped carrot1/3 cup
- Hot water5 cup
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the barbecue leftovers well.
- Add garlic and onion and sauté.
- Add the rice and mix.
- Add the tomato sauce, bay leaf, carrots, salt and hot water and stir.
- Let it cook on low heat until the rice is cooked but still moist.
- Add the green seasoning, mix and turn off the heat. Serve immediately.
