- Leftover Roasted Barbecue500 g
- Tomato1 cup
- Onion1 cup
- Bell pepper, green, yellow, red1 cup
- Corn1 unit(s)
- Curd cheese2 cup
- White rice2 cup
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Parsley and chives1/2 cup
- Water200 ml
- Chop all the meat from the barbecue, take it to a pan along with olive oil, the tomato, onion, pepper and the sauce.
- Add the raw rice and water, cover, let it cook on low heat.
- After the rice is cooked, sprinkle the parsley and chives.
- Cut the coalho cheese into cubes, place it over the rice with the heat off, cover the pan until the cheese melts. Once the cheese is melted, serve it hot.
