- Salt and pepper1 to taste
- Chives and parsley1 to taste

- Cut the meat into small cubes and place to fry with a little oil, fry well until golden brown.
- Add the onion cut into small cubes and the crushed garlic, let it sauté well making a brown background to give color to our rice
- Add the chopped tomato, and let it fall apart.
- Add the two cups of rice, fry well and season with salt, pepper, turmeric and paprika.
- Add 4 cups of hot water and let it cook for 15 min, or until all the water in the rice has dried up! And ready to just enjoy
- To accompany, make a salad that goes super well
