- Barbecue leftovers (beef, ribs, sausage)350 g
- Tomato Extract1/2 unit(s)
- Fry the leftover barbecue in a pan with a drizzle of oil and set aside.
- Then fry the garlic, onion, pepper and let them brown
- Add the meat that was reserved, the chopped tomato, a cup of water and tomato paste and bring to a boil.
- Add two cups of rice, three cups of water and salt to taste
- Cover the pan and as the water comes to a boil, reduce the heat.
- Add a clean spoon to the pan and it comes out clean means it's done.
- Finish with a chopped fried egg, parsley to taste and delight this dish with farofa and pepper.
