- Beef liver500 g
- Green pepper1 unit(s)
- Yellow bell pepper1 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic (tooth)2 unit(s)
- Lime1/2 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Mustard1 tablespoon
- Cut the liver into fillets
- In a pan add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, the liver, the mustard and the lemon. Cook for about 20 minutes over low heat. After turning off the fire, set aside
- Fillet the onion and peppers and set aside
- In a pan add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, onion and garlic. After adding the peppers, braising without low heat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- After preparing the peppers, add them to the liver and mix. Heat for about 2 minutes to better incorporate the ingredients.
- Then just delight 😋😋
