  • Beef liver500 g
  • Green pepper1 unit(s)
  • Yellow bell pepper1 unit(s)
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic (tooth)2 unit(s)
  • Lime1/2 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  • Mustard1 tablespoon
  1. Cut the liver into fillets
  2. In a pan add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, the liver, the mustard and the lemon. Cook for about 20 minutes over low heat. After turning off the fire, set aside
  3. Fillet the onion and peppers and set aside
  4. In a pan add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, onion and garlic. After adding the peppers, braising without low heat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. After preparing the peppers, add them to the liver and mix. Heat for about 2 minutes to better incorporate the ingredients.
  6. Then just delight 😋😋
