- Milk1 l
- Wheat flour12 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Oil1/2 cup
- Seasoning (I used gaucho, mineiro, green smell) to taste
- Minced garlic2 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Gem1 unit(s)
- Bread flour3 tablespoon
- Cook the breast with a little salt, debone and shred;
- Saute with the seasonings, onion, garlic and salt;
- After sautéing, add 1/2 liter of milk, the oil, stir well and set aside;
- In another bowl, mix the rest of the milk (cold), the wheat flour and stir well;
- Mix step 3 and step 4 and stir until it comes away from the pan.
- After it comes off the pan, make croquettes (balls or rolls);
- Pass the beaten yolk and the Rosca flour;
- Fry in very hot oil until golden (this prevents the croquettes from falling apart or breaking)
