- Skinless and boneless chicken breast, cut into medium pieces1 unit(s)
- Garlic and salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Curry1 dessert spoon
- Oil or olive oil to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Chop the chicken into medium pieces. Season with garlic and salt. Also add the pepper. Leave for half an hour to get the flavor.
- In a pan put a little oil (or olive oil). Add the chicken and fry until golden.
- Add the curry over the chicken.
- If it's too dry, add a little water, just so the curry spreads over the chicken pieces.
- Cover the pan and leave it on the fire for another 3 minutes.
- Turn off the fire. On top of the chicken, put the chopped parsley.
