- Chicken Breast1/2 kg
- Cottage cheese3 tablespoon
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Minced garlic1 tablespoon
- Mozzarella150 g
- Potatoes4 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Cook the chicken breast and shred and sauté with salt, parsley, onion and garlic. Reserve.
- Cook the potatoes and mash. Reserve
- In a refractory place the shredded chicken, mix the 3 tablespoons of Requeijão.
- Arrange in the bottom of the refractory.
- On top, put the mashed potatoes and seasoned with salt to taste.
- Finally, put the mozzarella and take it to the oven for 25 min. (depending on oven)
- When the mozzarella is melted, you can turn it off and serve.
