- Wheat Flour1 tablespoon
- Lightly beaten eggs2 unit(s)
- Grated Parmesan20 g
- Parsley to taste
- Chicken breast4 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Cover the chicken breasts with a piece of PVC plastic and beat them with a meat mallet.
- Cut each chicken breast into medium strips (3 or 4 per breast). Season to taste.
- Preheat the oven to 220ºC.
- Brush a baking sheet with olive oil or oil and set aside.
- In a deep plate put the two eggs and the wheat flour and beat a little.
- In another deep dish, place the breadcrumbs, parmesan and parsley; mix well.
- Dip each strip into the egg mixture, then into the Parmesan mixture.
- Place all the chicken pieces on the baking sheet without overlapping them.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes. Turn over when you reach half of the expected time for it to bake well – be careful not to remove the crust when turning.
