- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
- Wheat flour1 to taste
- Butter3 tablespoon
- *Sauce* 1 tablespoon 3 cloves of garlic 1 tablespoon soy corn 9g of honey 1 tablespoon of vinegar August green smell.
- Make 4 cuts on the chicken breast then make 3 on the opposite.
- Do this with all the breasts.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Pass them all in the wheat flour.
- Put the butter in a skillet and let it melt.
- Add the chickens and let them brown on all sides.
- Then add the sauce and garlic butter.
- Let it cool for 2 minutes.
- Add the soyu and honey and vinegar too.
- Let it cook until the sauce reduces a little until it is very consistent.
- Sprinkle green smell if you want.
