- Garlic (cloves)7 unit(s)
- Salt50 g
- White Sauce sachet1 unit(s)
- Creamed Cheddar Cheese200 g
- Sliced or grated Canasta cheese to taste
- Oil for frying to taste
- Worcestershire sauce2 tablespoon
- Season the Filet with the garlic pounded with half the salt, Worcestershire sauce. Fry Hot oil, turn over. But don't let it fry too much, just to give it a color. Reserve.
- In a pan, place the White Sauce sachet, the Cheddar Cheese and the Canastra Cheese, let it start to boil, put the Files, let it boil over low heat. It's ready!! It can be served with Rice, Mashed Potatoes or whatever else you like.
